We have three lovely double bedrooms - so 6 is an ideal number.

But we have an additional 2 spare single beds that work best in the downstairs bedrooms.

If you’re willing to have young children in the the double beds we’re ok with it.

We don’t allow more than 10 guests (adults or children) in a staying group.

Yes, fine for friends to join at the villa in the day. We would encourage you/them if well looked after to give a reasonable tip to the staff, for whom extra people means extra work.

A continental style breakfast is included in the booking price.

Some of the stretches on the beach are great for swimming.

You should be careful and swimming is at your own risk.

Typically about 2 hour’s drive.

There’s a space on land-side of the road, right opposite us, that we use for parking vehicles when necessary.

To confirm a booking we require a 40% deposit - the balance payable some time before arrival.

Payments are non-refundable unless agreed in advance.

Most guests, if they feel they’ve been very well looked after (as we’d expect!) leave a tip up to 10% of your stay charge.

Any tip of course is entirely voluntary.
